Bento Recipes: Baked chicken breast

Note: this is my imitation of my mother's Greek chicken. This is almost the same, but because of the seasoning I can't in good conscience call it Greek.

The other flocked meatWhat you need:

    boneless chicken breasts, one per serving
    vegetable oil
    Italian seasoning (or other seasoning, as you wish)

Preheat the oven to 325. Grease a baking dish with the oil, then lightly oil the chicken, just enough to keep it from drying out while cooking. Sprinkle the seasoning over the tops until you get pretty good coverage, see the picture above. Bake for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

If you use non-boneless chicken breasts, up the cooking time to an hour.
