I wanted to find something that was easy to make and combined chicken and eggs. Here it is.

Cut a chicken breast into thin strips. Very thin; you don't want any uncooked centers. Beat four eggs in a bowl. Lightly grease a skillet and heat it up to medium high. Dump in about a third of the eggs and let them cook until the bottom starts getting firm. Then lay the chicken strips on the not-yet-cooked eggs. Set them parallel, so it'll be easier to separate them later. Then pour in the rest of the eggs, reduce the heat to medium, cover, and let cook for a while. After about five minutes pull the edges of the omelet up and tilt the pan so the uncooked egg can run underneath. Cover and let go for a few more minutes. Then turn the omelet over to make sure the chicken cooks completely. Cover, let cook for a few more minutes, and then cut it with the edge of your spatula so you end up with strips of chicken surrounded by egg. Season with salt or whatever else you like.
