A crepe is basically a thin pancake wrapped around something. You can find special recipes for the pancake, or buy ready-made crepe wrappers, but if you want to make something up on the spur of the moment, you can just get out a box of regular ol' pancake mix. When making crepes I like to thin the batter down with some extra water, and after turning it press it down with the spatula to compress it.

What to fill it with?  I don't know, what do you want to fill it with? If you're like me you have some cans of anko in the cabinet, and that makes tasty, desserty filling. I'll add more filling ideas here as I try them out.
