A
great side dish for Halloween, or any time you want
to gross somebody out.
What you need:
Boil the baby octopi for a few minutes, then cut
off the tentacles just below the webbing. I usually
harvest the tentacles for this when I'm making octopus
fritters. Cook the rice, then pack it loosely
in your lunch box. Stick tentacles into the rice, base
downward, so it looks like they're reaching up out of
the rice.
