Here's a meal I basically copied from Benihana: chicken teriyaki. You can substitute beef or shrimp for the chicken. In fact, beef is what I usually make this with. I cook about 3-4 servings at once, then microwave leftovers for the next few days They keep well, and it saves labor. Really, it's hardly worth doing all the work for this meal for only one serving!
