A Lunch Out Of BalanceFried plantains and rice are both starchy foods, which I didn't think about when I packed it. The plantains were ripe, sweet and desserty, so I suppose it doesn't matter, right? The smoked salmon sushi and nori-wrapped rice blocks are basically prepressed blocks that I covered with the first stuff that came to mind.

I couldn't microwave this box up because of the ginger salad. I can take grapes out before heating up a meal, but not a bunch of lettuce. Something to keep in mind when packing lunches. Speaking of packing, I don't spend a lot of time on silly things like lining up green beans. See, one is out of alignment, spoiling the zen or feng shui or something of my lunch. Stoopid string bean.
