Today's
lunch starts off with beef
yakitori. Yeah, I know that's an utterly wrong thing
to call it, as yakitori is literally "fried chicken."
Well, this is beef cooked the same way, and I can't
call it "yakiniku" because that name is already
taken by a barbecue dish. Whatever - I'll call it that
until I think of something better.
With that comes steamed
broccoli, rice, a boiled egg, and an
pan. You'll see a lot of an pan in the coming boxes.
The recipe I used makes 3 dozen!
