This
lunch looks all boring at first a hot dog 'n' fries.
yawn. However, the hot dog is a Hebrew National frank
(They taste so much better than cheapo dogs!) and the
bun is made from cafeteria
roll dough. Yes, homemade hot dog buns. When you
have a big load of dough you make all sorts of stuff.
In one batch I made rolls, hot dog buns, an pan, and
a small sandwich loaf.
The fries are baked sweet
potato fries. I ate them plain; I think sweet potato
is fine by itself. The greeny-gray lump is a storebought
yomogi
daifuku, rice dough around sweet bean paste.
