A tuna salad sandwich on
white mountain bread, some
assembly required, because if you put the tuna
salad on the bread and then let it sit until lunchtime
it'll get soggy and depressing. Pasta
para duros, a munchy that I have a big ziploc bag
of in my pantry and every so often will microwave a
handful for a snack, and graham crackers.
