Remember
when I said I might be done with the Thanksgiving recipes?
Well, that was before I remembered the turkey meat I
put into sandwich bags and bunged into the freezer.
Guess I was in denial. But there wasn't actually that
much of it, so it's not as bad as it could be.
(I exaggerate. I like turkey, really. Hey, at least
I'm not ragging on fruitcake.)
Um. Anyway, on the right we have a green
salad with iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, and
Benihana ginger salad dressing. To the left are steamed turkey buns.
They're just like the steamed beef buns, but with a
different meat. I didn't know if the mixture of turkey
and soy would come out all right, but, guess what, it
did.
