first lunch I posted to this
site was a Benihaha-ripoff chicken teriyaki meal including
onion stir-fry, and of course rice. This revisits
that recipe, but this time the chicken is marginally
more authentic because I marinated it in homemade teriyaki
sauce. The sauce was easy to make, and I like the flavor
