 The
first lunch I posted to this
site was a Benihaha-ripoff chicken teriyaki meal including
teriyaki chicken,
zucchini &
onion stir-fry, and of course rice. This revisits
that recipe, but this time the chicken is marginally
more authentic because I marinated it in homemade teriyaki
sauce. The sauce was easy to make, and I like the flavor
it added to the chicken, so I've added it to the corresponding
recipe page.
Hey, look! Another fruit salad!
I've been making a lot of these. I have to, because
I have this box of strawberries and open can of lychees...
