Did you know that octopi are molluscs? They are also cephalopods. That's some serious versatility there.

I didn't cut up all the baby octopi I sauteed. I left a few nice-looking specimens whole, and when a friend mentioned eating octopus sushi that was composed of a whole tiny octopus on a block of rice, I got inspired. So... here we have some baby octopus sushi, crab-topped sushi, Spam musubi, steamed green beans, baked Japanese sweet potato, and apple.
