lunch contains a chicken,
mushroom, and vegetable donburi, and some apple.
Although I've posted a recipe, it was really one of
those "use this stuff up quick" concoctions.
I had a defrosted chicken breast, and there's some sliced
mushrooms which never last for long in the fridge, and
half a white onion, and a zucchini from Maria's garden,
and I have some snow peas. Those flavors go together
well, so I just stir-fried them all and served them
By the way, I'm not out of other fruit. I just really
like apples, and the Braeburns I've bought lately have
been especially tasty.
