is a lunch box with five things. Or four different things,
depending on how you look at it. There are a pair of baked
beef buns, which are like steamed beef buns
except they are baked. I made these in the same batch
with the previously-eaten steamed beef buns. it would
have taken forever to steam them all in shifts, so I
steamed half and baked the other half. The baked versions
are quite tasty, in my opinion. With this are a boiled egg,
some zucchini &
onion stir-fry, and the final piece of Bánh in sâu
riêng (durian cake). Y'know what, I'm not too
sorry to see the last of that cake. It wasn't bad,
but... well, gimme daifuku or Pocky any old day.
