This
lunch contains the rest of the unagi no kabayaki
(with a little pig of kabayaki sauce). To the right
of that is a serving of stir-fried
broccoli stem sticks. Why not? So many people
act as if the floret's the only part of the broccoli
plant worth eating, but there are other things you can
do with the stem. So there.
Up top there's another half of a baked
plantain, again sliced into coins and wrapped in
its own peel, and some an pan.
