I
was in the mood for minimal cooking, so minimal cooking
is what I did for a quick dinner and the following lunch.
Here we have some chicken fried
rice with mushrooms, carrots,
scallions, egg, and onion. On top of it are red and
blue arrows made from food-colored omelet. You can see
the blue ones; the red ones - actually, just the right
pinkish-orange color to hide them on the rice - are
a little harder to see. Yep, another DDR lunchbox, with
the arrows showing the first two measures of Tsugaru
Heavy. Heh, I love that song.
On the right are steamed broccoli,
shelled edamame, and another
fruit salad made with guava, orange, apple, and grapes. These
are more of those "seedless" grapes with extra
seeds. This time I turned the cut sides upward for variety
or something.
Man. I'll be glad when I get the energy to do some
real cooking again. Being too tired to try new recipes
is the pits!
Wanna talk
about it?
