Here's
another serving of salmon
saka-mushi, this time over rice.
The juice from the salmon and vegetables, by the way,
is really good with rice. On the side are some
steamed
broccoli stem stars, baked sweet potato,
and part of a storebought cream bun.
I tried to arrange the salmon saka-mushi all pretty,
but I just don't have it in me. It looks a little too
orderly, I think. I'm no good at ikebana either. Well,
I don't think I would be. It's a good thing I have those
broccoli stem stars to jazz things up.
