Lunch Box 318: Irregular sushi

Marked down as irregular I'm using one of my "little" lunch boxes today because I've got some items that pack pretty tight. First is some free-form maki, sushi filled with what I had on hand that didn't need much prep: avocado, crab sticks, carrots sliced sliver-thin, and salmon roe. The original "log" was all proper and round, but the rolls got a little mooshed out of shape when I squished them into the box. I hope that doesn't cause the flavor to leak out. In the other half is some steamed kabocha and zucchini & onion stir-fry. Zucchini & onion has long been a favorite of mine, and I've quickly developed a taste for kabocha. It's a little odd on the first try, but now I sometimes pull the bowl out of the fridge and snack on it cold.
