Today's
lunch is fairly simple-looking. I have yakiudon made with bean
thread noodles - which technically makes it not-yakiudon,
as there is no udon, but I'm not going to make a new
recipe page for a simple noodle substitution - topped
with stir-fried
long beans and octopus tentacles. On the other side,
more of my recent haul from the farmer's market: some
spaghetti squash and half
of a dragon fruit. The pretty little spoon is for scooping
out the dragon fruit flesh.
If you eat spaghetti squash, what do you put on it?
I went for the obvious on my first try and just dumped
Ragu all over it. I'm sure there is something better
out there.
Wanna talk
about it?
