The
Thanksgiving theme continues today with Thanksgiving aftermath stew.
Well, sort of. This is stew without the wet stuff. Dry
stew. No, that doesn't sound right to me either, but
I don't know what else to call it. On the side I have
edamame, a satsuma, and
purple
sweet potato pie.
May I reiterate how cool purple sweet potato pie
is? Especially with whipped cream. Too bad whipped cream
doesn't last long in a bento box. I'd try adding cornstarch
to thicken it, but I can't get it through that tiny
hole in the can's sprayer.
