I
gave collard greens a second try. Based on several suggestions
(and what I had handy in my fridge) I cooked up some
sauteed
collard greens, which are enriched with onion and
bacon. The experiment was a surprising success
- I didn't even have to slather it with mayonnaise to
make it palatable! On top of that it yet more pork chop,
because chicken would have clashed with the bacon. Or
something. On the side is a small baked potato
covered with cheese-flavored popcorn seasoning (salt
and cheese all in one!) and a monster-eye-bow tie thing
made with grapefruit, longans, & blueberries.
