Here's
one of my "catch-all" recipes, good for making
with whatever is in the fridge: beef
& vegetable stir-fry. In this case I have broccoli,
carrots, onions, cabbage, mushrooms, and onions, but
it can be made with anything you like. Heck, leave out
the beef or substitute chicken or tofu if you like.
This is served over udon, which you can only see at
the lower right. Dessert, such as it is, is fresh longans.
Longans are much like lychees, but smaller and with
drabber shells.
