S'mores are melty chocolate and marshmallow sandwiched between two graham crackers. They are aggressively tasty. And even though they are no longer molten after their wait in a bento box, they are still delicious.Gimme more!

What you need:

  • Graham crackers
  • Chocolate
  • Marshmallows
  • Duh.

S'mores-in-the-makingFirst stick some chocolate on a graham cracker. Some use chocolate bars. I had chocolate melts on hand, so that's what I used. I prefer those, as they're made to melt in the microwave, and also because they provide just the right amount of chocolate, IMO. Anyway, if you have large marshmallows, put one on top of the chocolate. If you have mini-marshmallows like I do, make a little rosette with 'em in the middle of the chocolate. Then bung 'em in the microwave and turn it on high for 15 seconds. The chocolate should soften and the marshmallows should puff way up. Take them out and immediately moosh another graham cracker on top to flatten it into a sandwich. Eat hot or pack into your bento box.
