Doujinshi commentary: Everyday Child

This is a "Tantalus Only Book." Well, not completely; Eiko shows up in the bar at the beginning and speaks to Ruby - about Zidane, of course. After Eiko leaves, Ruby flashes back to memories of herself, Blank, and Zidane as children. Apparently Ruby chased after Zidane back then just as Eiko does now, and this sometimes became a competition with Blank over who was going to be his buddy.

This isn't a great doujinshi, but it's good, and if you like the Tantalus crew then it's likely that you'll enjoy this take on them. They get so little notice in doujinshi, don't they? The artwork is also not great, but not bad at all either. It is a little odd to see Blank's eyes, especially when he's shown without his head-belt - but then, he also looks pretty odd to me with a belt completely covering his eyes.
