This doujinshi drops characters from Final Fantasy 7, 8, 9, and 10 into a contest scenario. They have been recast as students and teachers, and it appears they are competing to get through a haunted house, getting cards to prove their victories. The characters are teamed with and against each other, and the pages are titled with the characters in that "round" - for example, Zidane & Tidus vs. Vincent.

I personally found this one funny as heck, once I deciphered the premise. There's a nice balance between the characters from the various Final Fantasies; I never got the feeling that any characters were being overused or ignored due to storyteller preferences. The way the characters were recast tickled me too - Vivi and Eiko as little kids (oh, you know what I mean), Vivi in overalls and Eiko in a fuku; fine arts teacher Kuja as a narcissistic merman, home economics teacher Quina as... Vincent?

At the beginning of this DJ there is a chart showing the character relationships - likes, loves, and adversarial. It's worth looking closely at - Irvine loves Sephiroth; Eiko loves them both (as a pair); Zidane, Tidus, Cloud, and Squall are friends and all love Vincent; Kuja loves... himself. (Things never go beyond the flirtation stage, if they get that far.) It's also amusing to see the romanji for some character names - "Kujya" for Kuja, "Ragna" for Laguna, and "Beatoliks" for Beatrix.
