The story in this doujinshi takes place mostly in the Black Mage Village. The main characters are Zidane, Kuja, and Mikoto, with Vivi's children and an unnamed - er, unnumbered - Black Mage to round out the cast. Vivi is also there, I think; that is almost surely him at the beginning of the story, but the story ends with the old reliable Vivi's-hat-on-a-memorial-stake scene. The children appear in the second half of the story. After going through it a few times, I've guessed that after Vivi speaks to Kuja, Kuja makes the children, and between that scene and the cemetery one Vivi dies.

My first reaction when I flipped through this was "Oh, hooray, yet another Vivicide comic. Kuja always lives, Vivi always dies, and there's no justice." But this one has grown on me a bit since then. If my interpretation is correct, at least it gives an origin for Vivi's children, and Vivi doesn't die piteously like he does in other doujinshi. I wish I could say the art has also grown on me, but it's simply not so much to my taste. The eyes, with their pinprick pupils, bother me, and everyone's hair looks like haystacks.

I'm not sure of the name of the circle that put this out. I'm almost certain that the art was done by the same person that drew "Minna no Omocha," but I haven't been able to confirm it. The cover was printed on heavily textured paper, hence the extremely rough looking scan.
