Here's another really simple recipe. I prefer to
make this with a roll rather than regular square bread,
but it'll work either way.
Poach an egg. Or fry it, especially if you're using
regular bread and thus need the egg to cover more territory.
If you fry, use as little grease or oil as possible
so it doesn't soak into the bread. Depending on the
size of the sandwich and your taste for bacon fry up
a strip or two, press them well between paper napkins
to remove the grease, and cut them in half. Stick the
bacon and eggs in between the slices of bread or halves
of roll and there ya go!
