Very easy-to-make fish with tomato sauce.
What you need:
whiting fillets tomato sauce salt &
pepper, as desired
Thaw the whiting if it's frozen. Preheat your oven
to 400 degrees. Grease a baking dish or pan, put the
whiting in it, then add salt & pepper, if desired,
and cover it with tomato sauce. (I don't bother with
salt & pepper, myself. I used spiced tomato sauce,
which adds plenty of flavor.) Put the dish in the
oven and bake it for 20 minutes, until the fish flakes
easily at the thickest part.
