Lo mein noodles are... well, another kind of noodle
you see a lot. The ones I get in restaurants are round
like spaghetti, but the ones I find in stores are wide
and flat. Hmm.
Just about the simplest way to cook these is to boil
them per the directions on the package, drain them,
then stir-fry them for a few minutes in a bit of oil
with some yakisoba sauce. I use just enough sauce to
darken the noodles. You can leave out the oil if you
want, and just cook the noodles in the yakisoba sauce
over low heat. They'll be fine if you eat them right
then. However, if you pack this in your bento the noodles
will become very sticky and clumpy!
