This is a real simple one. Get some cookie dough
- you're on your own for that, as I buy Pillsbury dough
sticks - and, instead of forming decent cookie-sized
bits as you're supposed to, make little bitty ones a
fourth that size or smaller. I go for marble-sized.
Cook them as directed, but shorten the time so they
don't burn. (Start checking at the halfway point.)
The result - little bitty cookies that fit well into
the small crannies of a bento box without breaking or
crumbling! They're kind of the cookie equivalent of
oyster crackers.
