Poutine
is the Canadian twist on disco fries. It's also easy
to make if you have all the items assembled. If you
don't, then it's a tad more work, but well worth it,
I think.
What you need:
Make the fries and, if you need to, the cheese. Heat
up the gravy. While the fries are hot, crumble the cheese
lavishly over them. Slather the gravy over the whole
mess, then chunk on more cheese curds. The heat of the
fries and gravy should soften the cheese without melting
it. Now dig in!
