This is rice with sweet red bean paste.
It's filling, desserty, and easy to make. Make some
rice, and open a can of anko.
When you pack the rice in your bento box, make a hole
in the center and fill that with anko. How much is up
to you; you may like it sweeter or less sweet, and the
anko you have may be stiff or easy to mix. I use about
1/16 as much anko as rice.
If you are not going to microwave this
before you eat it, you might want to mix the anko in
before packing it; it's hard to stir anko evenly into
cold rice.
