This lunch
has no unifying theme at all. However, it's still plenty
tasty, IMO. It includes beef gyoza,
obimake
enoki, edamame, rice,
and some tamarinds. The
gyoza were made some time ago, actually, and frozen
before cooking. I didn't have much time to cook, so
I took some of these out of the freezer and put
'em into the steamer. The obimake enoki were also leftovers.
Edamame came straight from the freezer. I did cook the
rice that night, though, and that was about as much
as I was up to doing. Well, that and peeling the tamarinds,
which I actually did simultaneously and at the same
time. Be impressed!
