I welcome suggestions, reactions, and constructive criticism! I want this site to be as useful as possible, and I can't really tell if it is if I don't hear from anybody. However, I have a few ground rules:

Please read the FAQ first. Your answer might be in there already.

Please be polite. I don't like to be rude, and I don't like to read rude E-mail. In extreme cases I've been known to report flamage to people's ISPs. However, I don't enjoy being that nasty, and nobody here is crass enough to push it that far in the first place, right? :)

Please give your E-mail a decent subject line. I get dozens of E-mails a day, even after my spam filter catches most of the crud. E-mails with vague or no subject lines can easily fall through the cracks. If you tell me what it's about in the subject line I'm much more likely to answer it quickly.
