I
got a little experimenty in the kitchen this time around.
We have thin strips of cabbage-wrapped
beef strips, which are tastier than you might guess,
and grilled
tofu, which I marinated in the juice
from the recent batch of gyuudon
and which is also tastier than you'd think. Up above
is rice with shrimp furikake
and palitaw.
